How does online check-in work?
This feature is only available to paying customers: Cloud-Rooms PRO

With the online check-in function, you can send your guest an email requesting them to complete their information (and that of their travel companions) for the guest registration form.

This feature saves you time at check-in because all the necessary information for the guest registration and/or guest card is already available. Guests also benefit from this feature, as they can complete the information at their leisure at home or whenever they have time. This makes check-in faster, more convenient, and smoother – they only need to sign, there's no need to fill out a form by hand, and waiting times at reception are significantly reduced, especially for groups.

To activate online check-in, go to your booking settings:

In the "Bookings" section you will see the "online check-in" setting.

There you can select "Standard" to use a default text.

Alternatively, you can use a template to be sent. The "online check-in" option (between the text blocks) should also be enabled in the template. You can configure the templates in the template settings.
