The new pricing system allows you to charge for meals, items or different accommodation prices on a daily basis. First, create an item under settings/items and tick the checkbox in the "In booking" column. If you are creating a meal item, select the appropriate setting for the meal time under "Meals and overnight tax". 
If you offer different prices for this meal depending on the customer category, click the gear icon next to the item and tick the checkbox for "Use customer category". You can then enter the respective prices for each customer category under "Prices". 
Now create a booking. You can configure the pricing settings in the third column of the booking. In the first selection field, you can select a rate for the booking. ZimmerSoftware automatically selects a suitable rate for you, which you can adjust if needed. 
In the next field, you can enter a manual daily price for the booking. 
If you open the row using the expand button  , you can assign an item to all days.
If you only want to assign the item to a single day, click the expand button for the respective day and select the item and the appropriate customer category. Then save your entries using the save button. 
If you want to remove an item, select "remove" in the quantity selection field.  | |
