Create the booking in Cloudrooms -> click on other guests above
The overview jumps down and there the mask appears for the next person. If a guest has been with you with an accompanying person, it is suggested on the right with a "+" character, If you click on the "+", this guest will be added to the booking as a fellow passenger. Note for the guest sheet for fellow passengers: https://w40.roomsoftware.com/en/help/Synchronize-additional-guests-with-the-guest-list For the setting "Always in Booking" Go to settings/bookings Find the setting "Further Guests" 
Select the "Always in Booking" setting. Go to booking Go into a booking and you will see that if there is more than one guest in the room. The + button would show when you press it, it will show the name of the previous guests that travel with the client. 
Click on the name of the guest you want to add. | |
