To use the secondary residence registration form in ZimmerSoftware, the following settings must be configured:
Under Settings/General, the country must be set to Austria. Under Settings/Guest Registration Form, select AT Nebenwohnsitz in the Template field. Once the AT Nebenwohnsitz template is activated, the guest data from the respective booking will be automatically transferred to the secondary residence registration form. This means that data already stored in the booking does not need to be entered manually again. | |
